Shipping policy

Delivery Area
The PRODUCTS offered can only be delivered within Turkey. Orders cannot be placed for any delivery address outside this AREA. The PRODUCTS are shipped to the delivery address specified by the CUSTOMER during the ordering process.

Shipping Time
The PRODUCTS will be delivered to you within 5–7 business days.
The time required to prepare the order, issue the invoice, and confirm product availability in stock is indicated on our WEBSITE. These periods are understood to exclude weekends and public holidays. Provided that the electronic address entered in the registration form is correct, the CUSTOMER will automatically receive an electronic notification once the PRODUCTS are dispatched.

Delivery Times and Costs
During the ordering process, the SELLER informs the CUSTOMER of the possible delivery times and applicable conditions for the purchased PRODUCTS. Shipping costs are calculated according to the selected delivery method. If free shipping is not offered, the shipping cost shall be paid by the CUSTOMER in addition to the price of the PRODUCTS. DELIVERY TERMS
The package will be delivered to the CUSTOMER against signature and upon presentation of a valid identification document. In case of absence, a delivery notice will be left to allow the CUSTOMER to collect the package from the post office.

DELIVERY Issues
At the end of the online ordering procedure, before confirming the order, the CUSTOMER is informed of the estimated delivery date determined upon selecting the carrier. It is stated that deliveries shall be made within a maximum period of thirty (30) days. If this period is exceeded, the CUSTOMER must formally notify the SELLER to complete the delivery within a reasonable additional period. If delivery is still not made within this time, the CUSTOMER may terminate the contract. Upon receipt of the termination notice, the SELLER shall refund the total amount paid for the PRODUCTS, including taxes and delivery costs, to the CUSTOMER without undue delay, using the same payment method used for the purchase. The SELLER remains responsible for the PRODUCTS until they are delivered to the CUSTOMER. The CUSTOMER is reminded that they have a period of three (3) days to report any damage or partial loss observed at the time of delivery to the carrier.
