Our policy lasts 90 days. If more than 90 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept items that are intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

Other non-returnable items:
* Gift Cards
* Downloadable software products
* Certain health and personal care products

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are specific circumstances where only partial refunds are issued: (if applicable)
* Books with clear signs of use
* Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records.
* Any item not in its original condition, damaged for reasons not attributable to us, or with missing parts.
* Any item returned more than 90 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item you returned. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.

Late or Incomplete Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be officially registered.
Then contact your bank. There is usually a processing time before a refund is issued.
If you have done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at info@wormfit.com.
Gifts

If the product was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the product was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver placed the order themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver once they are aware of your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you must request a return to: info@wormfit.com

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
